Tenant & Property Improvements
Interior Improvements Without A Full Construction Project
Commercial spaces need periodic updates that do not justify a construction project. Tanner Construction handles smaller, non-structural interior improvements for Beaumont-area commercial properties.

What This Covers
A suite needs to look presentable before a showing. A common area feels dated. A tenant moved out and left the space worn. These are improvement items, not build-outs, and they are the type of interior work Tanner Construction takes on.
We do not present ourselves as a major remodeling or structural contractor. The work stays inside existing spaces: finishes, carpentry, doors, trim, paint, and similar cosmetic and functional improvements.

- Interior finishes
- Minor layout-related improvements where applicable
- Wall repairs
- Finish carpentry
- Doors
- Trim
- Paint
- Fixture changes
- Tenant turnover work
- Cosmetic improvements
Common Situations
When Managers Call For Improvement Work
Before A Showing
A prospective tenant is coming through and the space needs wall repairs, touch-up paint, and the small fixes that make a suite show well.
After A Tenant Leaves
Turnover usually leaves wall damage, anchor holes, worn trim, and doors that need attention before the space is ready again.
Common Areas That Look Tired
Corridors, lobbies, and shared spaces take constant wear. Interior finish and repair work brings them back without a renovation project.
Small Functional Changes
Interior items that need to work differently for the tenant, handled as non-structural improvements to an existing space.
Tanner Construction does not perform structural modification or engineering work, and does not position itself as a ground-up or major build-out contractor.
