What kind of properties does Tanner Construction work on?
Commercial properties. Office buildings, retail and shopping centers, warehouses, medical and professional offices, restaurants, churches, schools, multifamily communities, and other commercial facilities in Beaumont and Southeast Texas.
Do you take smaller repair projects?
Yes. Everyday interior repairs and maintenance items are the core of what we do. Larger construction companies often pass on small work, and that is exactly the gap Tanner Construction fills for property managers.
Can I send a list of items from different areas of the building?
Yes. Send the whole list. Michael reviews it and tells you which items we can take care of and how to move forward on the rest. One call can cover multiple repairs across a property.
Can you handle recurring maintenance for a property we manage?
Yes. Many property managers use us as an ongoing interior maintenance resource — turnover repairs, inspection punch lists, deferred maintenance, and common area items as they come up.
What areas do you serve?

Do you work with property management companies?
Yes. Property management companies, commercial property owners, facility managers, and asset managers are our primary customers. We are used to working around tenants, access requirements, and scheduled hours.
Can I send photos instead of scheduling a walk-through first?
Please do. A wide photo and a close photo of each item lets us understand a lot of interior work before anyone drives out, which usually means a faster answer and fewer trips.
How do I request an estimate?

What kind of work does Tanner Construction not handle?
We focus on non-structural interior maintenance and repair. We do not position ourselves as a roofing contractor, structural contractor, exterior construction contractor, or residential home builder. If an item falls outside interior work, we will say so.
Who will I be dealing with?
Michael Tanner, the owner. He has more than 30 years of construction and building maintenance experience and started Tanner Construction LLC in 2017. You get direct communication rather than layers of coordinators.
