Punch List & Maintenance Services

Have A Commercial Maintenance List? Send It To Tanner Construction.

Property managers rarely have one item. They have a list that has been growing since the last walkthrough. Send it over and we will review which items we can take care of.

How It Works

One List. One Contractor To Call.

Repair items accumulate across a building: a hallway here, a suite there, something noticed during an inspection that nobody has gotten to yet. Instead of contacting a separate company for every small item, send the list to Tanner Construction.

Michael Tanner reviews the list, identifies which items fall within non-structural interior work, and lays out a practical way to get them handled. Items we cannot take on get flagged so you are not left assuming they are covered.

Step 1
Send the list, photos, and property address.
Step 2
We review the items and confirm what we can handle.
Step 3
We look at the property and scope the work.
Step 4
The items get completed and closed out.

Why Lists Stall

Small Items Are Hard To Get Scheduled

Larger construction companies are usually built around bigger projects, and a list of fifteen small interior items does not fit their schedule. So the list sits, the property slowly looks worse, and tenants start asking about it.

This is the work Tanner Construction is set up for. Interior maintenance and repair in commercial buildings is the focus, not the filler.
